UPDATE: New sentencing date for Wayne Bent
Beyond90Seconds.com has learned that convicted sex offender Wayne Bent’s December 29th sentencing is scheduled to take place at District Court in Las Vegas, New Mexico at 1:30pm. This information is confirmed by Union County Court Deputy Clerk Karen Vieites.
On Monday, a jury convicted Bent on one count of second-degree criminal sexual contact of a minor and two counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
Bent is the leader of the Lord Our Righteousness Church and has said that he will fast if sent to prison.
